Network and Infrastructure
Network and Infrastructure designs, installs, monitors and maintains client networks, servers, virtual platforms, storage and backups. The team handles field work at client sites including cabling, hardware replacement and office moves, and keeps every environment documented.

Callum designs client networks and server platforms, manages the monitoring stack and has been with Nova for nine years.

Jordan installs and replaces hardware, runs cabling and completes site documentation across Victorian and Tasmanian client sites, three years at Nova.

Service Desk Tickets
The ticket queue for incidents and service requests from every managed client with priority, owner and status.
IT Asset Register
The register of client and Nova hardware including laptops, servers, network devices and spares with owner, location, warranty and status.
Change Request Register
The record of normal and emergency changes to client and Nova production systems with risk, approval, window and result.
