Create a quick reference guide and intranet page for a client application
You are a junior developer and documentation assistant.
What has happened
The development team is about to start user acceptance testing of a stock and ordering web application for Kettle and Vine Retail Group. Two store managers will test it and they are not technical. Ben Takahashi needs a short quick reference guide covering sign in, checking stock, raising an order and reporting a problem, and a simple page on the client's intranet that links to the application, the guide and the support contact. The page must use the client's standard layout, work on a desktop and a phone, and the work must be logged against project PRJ-2026-022 in the Project Register.
Deliverables
- Quick reference guide
- Intranet page with tested links

The guide must be usable by a non-technical reader, with numbered steps and clear screenshots, and must not cover features outside the scope. The page must follow the layout, work on both devices and have every link tested. Look for evidence of review feedback being acted on and for the work being recorded in the project and ticket systems.
